Danny Batth’s first goal of the season helps Wolves maintain unbeaten start

DANNY BATTH scored his first goal of the season as Wolves came from behind to beat Birmingham City 3-1.

The defender put the away side 2-1 up just after the hour mark after Joe Mason had cancelled out Che Adams opener for the home side.

Iceland international Jon Dadi Bodvarsson made sure Wolves took home the three points, scoring in the 89th minute.

Wolves now find themselves in third in the Championship with eight points in four games, two behind leaders Huddersfield.

Next up for Batth’s boys is Cambridge United in the EFL Cup on Tuesday.
